Terminus - A typing based roguelike
DEMO VERSION - GAME STILL UNDER DEVELOPMENT.
Current version -> 0.4
A typing roguelite game.
The goal is to defend the core by typing the words above the nodes, unlocking upgrades, artfifacts and augments.
This demo aims to get as many feedback as possible to make the game better, I would really appreciate any comments or opinions on the game!
There many things still pending, the goal is to get to a full steam release this year.
I don't want to have a roadmap because I feel like I work better adding stuff on the go whenever I have a new idea, but there are some things that the game will certaintly have in the final version:
- Music. (DONE)
- Save System (DONE)
- Sound Effects. (W.I.P)
- Better visual effects. (W.I.P)
- A better balance of the overall game, the loop and the re-playability.
- A small tutorial to explain the different mechanics.
I got some inspiration from games like Slay the Spire, Isaac and Vampire Survivors, hence things like the map, protocol selection (basically a character selection in isaac).
